Come join us for a weekly run! Non-members are welcome. Questions about the runs can be asked on Team Red Lizard’s facebook page. Times listed are when we start running. You should plan to arrive a few minutes earlier.

Tuesday

Track workouts directed by Rick Lovett. All paces welcome.
Time: Workout begins at 6:15pm, so arrive by 6:00 to warm up. 
Location: Duniway track next to Under Armour headquarters on Barbur Blvd.

New to track? Don’t worry. Read this.

Wednesday

Pub Run. 6 miles. All abilities.
Time: 6:00pm
Location: Check the club’s Facebook page, as this run starts at either the Buffalo Gap, 6835 SW Macadam Ave, or the Sellwood Foot Traffic, 7718 SE 13th Ave (depending on day)
Routes (from the Buffalo Gap; differ when run is from Foot Traffic): Summer route, Winter route
Note: From approximately late March – early October, the “summer” route involves about 1-2 miles on trail.

Thursday

Hit the hills! 6-8 miles with ~1,000ft elevation gain.
Fall/Winter we run from Goose Hollow to Council Crest. Strava route
Spring/Summer we run from Goose Hollow to Pittock Mansion. Strava route
Time: 6:00pm
Location: Meet at the corner of 19th and Madison behind the Goose Hollow Inn.

Notes:
* During the month of July the Tour de Goose happens during this run.
* From approximately late March – early October, the “Summer” Goose runs through Washington Park and joins Wildwood trail.

Sunday

Get a long run in or participate in a race.  Group run typically starts at the Starbucks on NW 23rd @ Overton, but the starting location can vary. Check the Red Lizard Running Community page for details on where run will be starting each week.

Group typically does 12 miles, starting at 8:30am, but some runners will show up earlier to add on extra mileage. All paces welcomed and encouraged!
